
Dayna Kelly, Attorney
Dayna Kelly received her law degree from the University of Michigan in 1991, where she was an editor of the Journal of International Law. Ms. Kelly also holds a Master of Arts and Bachelors degrees in Linguistics from Michigan State University. She is admitted to the North Carolina and Hawaii State Bars, and has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 1993. Ms. Kelly has lived and worked in China and Japan. After receiving her law degree, she practiced employment law in Hawaii and then relocated to North Carolina in 1992 to begin her immigration law practice.
