Teresa Wilson, Paralegal
Teresa graduated from the San Diego State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then completed a program at the University of San Diego, receiving ABA certification as a paralegal. Teresa join an immigration law firm in San Diego, where she assisted a broad range of clients, from university professors to physicians to professional athletes, on their path to permanent residence.
In 2004, Teresa relocated to North Carolina and worked at IBM as a member of its in-house immigration team, preparing nonimmigrant visas for new employees and intra-company transfers. Teresa joined the Law Offices of Dayna Kelly, P.C. in December 2005. She works closely with clients and employers on various aspects of immigration, including J-1 waivers, H-1B petitions, PERM and labor certification, National Interest Waivers, and Adjustment of Status applications.
Teresa is also fluent in Vietnamese and hopes to travel to Vietnam. |
